Product Support

The best place to get your product questions answered is on the TWS Forum. This is the medium by which we’ve given our valued customers and template users direct access to the product developers themselves. Though the developers will be more than happy to assist you, please follow these steps before posting on the forum (and after logging in):

  1. Make sure you have thoroughly read the documentation that’s included within each template package. Everything you need to do to get things setup is in these PDF files. (Don’t forget the documentation that comes with your writing and sample library software.)
  2. If problems arise, use the search tools on the forum to see if your question has already been asked. You can also still search the old support forum (archived / read-only).
  3. If none of our informational resources seams to reveal the necessary solution, then by all means, post your issue on the forum.
